Democrats

Unlike the Republicans of Spokane County, the Democrats don't make their candidates sign pledges to uphold their platform in order to gain their endorsement.  Please read the Spokane County Democrats Party Platform. The difference in the two party platforms is huge.  If you want to make an intelligent decision when you vote read both platforms carefully.

    Well, those two platforms seem to be in direct opposition to each other. My question is, "Is there room for common ground?". And, if so, would any of these candidates be willing to oppose their party and vote for a bill or support an issue because they believed it was right? Because if no one is willing to cross party lines then we are just going to continue with this gridlock that we call our government.
